Refund policy

At Nature Suds by Jenny, each product is handcrafted in small batches with care and intention. Due to the personal nature of our body care products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for change of mind, personal preference, or products that have been used.

However, your satisfaction is important to us. If your order arrives damaged during transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

• Your order number
• A description of the damage
• Clear photos of the damaged product(s) and packaging

Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement or refund for the damaged item at our discretion.

Please note that slight variations in color, design, and botanical toppings are a natural part of the handmade process and are not considered defects.
